RE/MAX Crown Real Estate has served the Regina real estate market since 1975. The locally owned company first opened its doors as Crown Real Estate, then became a RE/MAX franchise 10 years later. RE/MAX celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2015 and has become one of Regina’s largest real estate companies since then. We attribute our success to our continued dedication to supporting the community that we serve.

Owners Rob Nisbett, and Gary and Carol Cossette, work as brokers, managers and office administration staff alongside Office Manager Jeremy Cossette, eight appraisal staff, 10 support staff, and 90 agents out of two offices: 2350 2nd Avenue and 234 University Park Drive. According to Gary Cossette, the company’s staff is what makes RE/MAX so successful. “Our sales associates look after their clients’ needs very well, [and] we have been successful because of the outstanding work they do,” Cossette said. “The agency’s support staff has also been a critical part of our overall success.” Nisbett agrees with Cossette’s statement. “[The staff] creates the success,” Nisbett said. “Our agents show exceptional integrity, personal commitment, and social conscience.”

Our Agents

All of our agents go the extra distance for our clients, which is what makes us successful and prosperous. Agents operate as independent businesses under the larger umbrella of RE/MAX. In turn, RE/MAX provides its associates with support services and the resources to develop their own advertising strategies. In return, agents must uphold RE/MAX’s principles of honesty and integrity fundamental to the brand name and reputation.
